The Herb Patch is a family run Herb Nursery with on site tea room and shop located on the Northumberland / Durham border. We aim to grow a wide variety of culinary, medicinal and aromatic herbs which are propagated and grown at the nursery. All our herb plants are grown using organic principles, in a peat free compost.

Plants are available for sale at the nursery, or by Mail Order using our online service.

The Tea Room is open for tea or coffee, scones, cakes, paninis and lunches.   There is a wide range of home baked fayre on offer, and you can be sure of a warm welcome and friendly personal service. We look forward to seeing you soon.

 The Herb Patch is also home to a variety of breeds of ducks, a mixture of hens, and a small flock of Jacob sheep.
