Bowen Technique is a soft tissue therapy that does not require adjustment or manipulation to gain results. It is unlike massage. Instead, it targets certain points on the body with gentle rolling movements to help it balance, repair and reset itself.
Bowen is a gentle, subtle and relaxing treatment, which can help with a wide range of conditions.
